Manager of Perioperative Spine Care
Dr. Haley Campbell received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with the Highest Scholastic Achievement in her class. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Florida Gulf Coast University. Dr. Campbell has worked with Dr. Reed throughout her matriculation and professional career. As Manager of Perioperative Spine Care, Dr. Campbell leads our Surgical Outcome Support program for pre- and post-operative spine patients. Her clinical focus also includes issues related to disc dysfunction and degenerative spine disorders. She is concurrently pursuing a certification in Manual Therapy.
Licensed Physical Therapist
Dr. Jeanna LeClaire Hill graduated magna cum laude from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training and then earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Her passion for spine care evolved when she worked alongside Dr. Michael Reed at the Hospital for Special Surgery’s HSS Spine and Sport practice, that mentorship and collaboration served as a catalyst for an ongoing working relationship.
Dr. Hill is a frequent content contributor to various medical publications, participated in the MLB Mets fantasy camp, and attends an extensive list of continuing education opportunities to expand her knowledge-base. In addition to offering high-quality care for the Palm Beach Spine Institute, she owns and operates her private practice, Hill Physical Therapy, LLC. She specializes in perioperative spine care, degenerative spine conditions, postural syndromes, pre-natal/post-partum spine-related pathology, and high-performance training. Her primary interest is to empower her patients to achieve their goals in the most efficient manner possible while insuring prevention of recurrent episodes.
Founder & Director
Dr. Michael Reed is the Founder & Chairman of the Palm Beach Spine Institute. Dr. Reed's role is to oversee the institute's development and to consult on complex cases. In addition to the Palm Beach Spine Institute, Dr. Reed serves as President & CEO of Spine Trust, an international consulting firm. Dr. Reed is the former Director of HSS Florida for Hospital for Special Surgery and former Executive Director & CEO of the Spine Foundation, a division of NASS. Dr. Reed is a member of the Editorial Review Board for The Spine Journal. He has served on the Impairments Without Disability Conference Committee in association with Mayo Clinic, Stay-At-Work/Return-To-Work Collaboration through the U.S. Department of Labor, and World Spine Care.
Mrs. Reed has been involved in local healthcare for over 20 years focusing on community outreach, project management, quality assurance, and relationship development. Mrs. Reed is an active member of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, serving as the Healthcare Committee Chair. She is the former Business Development Manager for the Spine Foundation and was formerly Director of Community Outreach at Spine & Sport. Mrs. Reed holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Management from the University of Florida. In 2017, she was a Woman of the Year Finalist for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. Chelsea is also an active local volunteer, serving in leadership on several committees focused education, healthcare and environmental issues.
